      本书梳理了我国司法外宣翻译中存在的语用翻译问题、文化翻译问题和语言翻译问题,在德国功能学派提出的功能主义翻译理论与我国外宣翻译实践者与研究者的经验总结的基础上,提出我国司法外宣翻译工作要以客观公正地介绍我国司法工作现状、消弭国际社会的误解为目的,提出我国司法外宣翻译译文的功能主要为信息功能,兼有委婉的诉求功能,因而必须以目标受众为中心、符合目标受众所在文化中的文化规约和语言规则,采取灵活务实的工具型翻译战略。<br/>【作者】<br/>      曹志建,1981年出生,河南省郑州市人。2003年6月毕业于西南政法大学外语学院,获得文学学士学位与法学学士学位;2005年6月毕业于中山大学外语学院,获得文学硕士学位;2012年6月毕业于上海外国语大学,获得文学博士学位,导师为张健教授。现就职于西南政法大学外语学院。中国翻译协会会员、中国法律语言学研究会会员。研究领域:翻译理论与实践、法律英语。<br/>
