Since my early teens, I have been fond of the natural sciences and aspired to become a scientist when I grew up. However, this ideal has yet to be realized. Initially, my understanding of a scientist was that of an inventor like Edison; I was unaware of theoretical physicists such as Newton or Einstein until I matured and gradually gained some insight.
