  威廉·巴特勒o叶芝(WilliamButlerYeats,1865-1939)
  爱尔兰诗人、剧作家,"爱尔兰文艺复兴运动"的领袖,艾比剧院的创建者。童年时期,他对爱尔兰的民间传说产生了巨大兴趣,这为他日后创作《凯尔特的薄暮》提供了素材。1889年,他结识了此后爱恋一生的人--茅德·冈。1923年,叶芝获诺贝尔文学奖。
