In this book I hope to explore the common types of this disorder. How to recognize it in yourself and others and the road back from it. I suffered through many years of nightmares and flashbacks before discovering that this was not normal, that I was suffering from this ailment. I found a way to deal with my PTSD and hopefully you will too.
