相传为孔子所作的《系辞传》上下篇(又称《系辞》上下传)，是《易经》的通论，内容包括《易经》的义蕴、功用、起源以及筮法等。本书是南怀瑾先生有关《系辞传》的讲记。其方式是：先摘录每一章的原文，然后综罗古今历史知识、社会现象和自然现象，逐段逐句地加以阐述。语句平易而哲理深刻。
